@manton Thanks, have got to check that out. Used to be an avid user of Overcast, before Pocket Casts replaced it. Have checked back intermittently, but will have to do a revisit now.

@darby3 so, are you in any kind of pain while on the run? "Solid physically" doesn´t sound like that, but. Maybe this is my hint to myself being lazy, but I hardly ever feel real pain when I run. It feels good, I like it. Now that you are not running, what is your own response? Why are you doing it? (I´m in the "live long and prosper"-contingent)

@odd takk, vi er på vei inn. Første stopp nå er utenfor Orust på vestkysten. I morgen krysser vi landet på tvers og ankommer Gotland på onsdag. Her er fint. Mange ting er ganske likt, de småtinga som er annerledes merkes godt.

@kottkrig Tack! Akkurat nå er vi på Gullholmen utafor Orust, innen onsdag er vi framme på Gotland og Fårö. Livets første virkelige Sverige-ferie. På høy tid❤️

@ner3y What’s your OS? I’d suggest you use the same for your child? Being on iOS myself I cannot judge the other, but I find Parental Control on my children’s devices to be well built, easy to set up, fine tuned etc. Their accounts set up as children to mine…
